Staff very kind and helpful. Located in a lively area (bars, restaurants, shops) but quiet at the same time. Supermarket in front. Not far from various metro stations, around 5 minutes walking
Room a bit small but it's quite normal in Paris. The second day the elevator was not working, I was at 1st floor so it was not big problem to use stairs
I would recommend the hotel to others based on their excellent customer service. On the day of my arrival I was informed that I could not check in to the hotel room as there were some water problems in the hotel that they need to fix. However they have quickly arranged me to check in to another hotel in the same group and same area. The hotel staff has also arranged a cab for me to the other hotel. Overall the staff in both hotels are very nice and helpful. I would go back if I visit Paris again next time.
Nice room, very good strong shower, quick check in/check out. Good value for money in center of Paris
The hotel location is optimum, walking distance to Opera, metro station very near, in addition to a super market facing the front door, as well as many rastaurants offering different tastes of food.
The TV channels are very limited.
Hotel was very clean, modern, close to metro, and grocery stores.
Some of the staff were not very friendly.
1. There is aircon which make staying in a cold place really good. 2. The location which is near Grand Boulevard which is a line that will access you to all places like Opera, Eiffel Tower, Lourve, Orsay, Rodin and many more. 3. Staffs are friendly and approachable.
I think the cleaning lady can do a better job with changing of sheets. I believe she did not change my sheet daily cos I still found hair in my sheet. Otherwise, is great.
I really enjoyed everything about the hotel...i was not expecting too much cause last time i went to paris i stayed in a horrible hotel for the same price...but this one is really awesome, cheap, and in the city center! the staff couldnt be better or more friendly. 10 points out of ten for the Acadia Opera!
The wi-fi system was down for the entire stay. Very expensive for what it is, but I suppose that's central Paris.
Great Position close to Grands Boulevards and to business and shopping area. Rooms are big for Parisian standards.
Official prices too expensive. However you can get a good deal through Booked.net. Do not spend over 150 euro for a double.
staff and center situated
Great room, bigger than the usual Paris rooms... The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room had a tiny balcony, just good enough to chill in the morning.
Nothing I could think of, really. Maybe the breakfast price of 12 euros
Almost everything is perfect Nice room, kind staffs, useful location.
Wifi is little bit weak
The staff was very helpful, especially at the reception
- The carpet felt damp and dirty - Noises coming from the pipes in the bathroom ceilings.
location was good. close to opera/lafayette, also 5min walk to metro station. although there are no coffee/tea in the room, they prepare foods and coffee.tea on the ground floor next to the reception. room was clean, very simple but fair for the price.
breakfast was VERY poor but pricy. few croissants, jams, conflakes and yogurt, juice and coffee were all. No hot food, no fresh fruits.
